Refund & Exchange Policy

No refunds

Since all of our products are digital, they cannot be returned. Please reach out to our support team if the template isn’t working for you. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue instead of issuing a refund.

Copyright terms

  • The design is copyrighted by Sun and Pixel Co.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the design as your own.

  • You may not share the template, graphics, files, or any design elements from your purchase with others.

  • Any photography included in the template is for demonstration purposes only and remains copyrighted to its original creator through the integrated Squarespace/Unsplash library. You are responsible for replacing these images with your own or properly licensed alternatives. We accept no liability for any image licensing or copyright issues arising from your use of supplied images.

Template Delivery & Ownership

Squarespace Template Delivery

We always aim to deliver your template within 48 hours on weekdays. Purchases made on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays and Tuesdays. In the rare case of a delay, we’ll keep you informed. Any planned store closures will be announced in advance. If it’s been more than 72 hours and you haven’t received your template, please contact us and we’ll make sure it’s sorted right away.

Squarespace Template Ownership

A template purchase includes your chosen template delivered once. If you make accidental changes and need the template resent, if you delete the template, or if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 6 months of purchase and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template in order for us to send it again.

Your template will be added to your account on a 6-month free trial. If this trial expires, Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. Should your site be deleted and you would like the template resent, you will need to repurchase it. To avoid this, make sure your trial does not run out by requesting an extension from Squarespace support or by upgrading your site to a paid plan.
